Mike Pinkerton is an attorney and has over 20 years of legislative experience. Pinkerton enjoys a highly successful record lobbying on the behalf of a list of diverse clients. He has an outstanding track record in representing clients in legislative and regulatory matters. Pinkerton has enacted numerous pieces of legislation that have preserved careers, consumer's rights, business ventures and promoted public safety. The popular Internet magazine, www.destinationCRM.com, recognizes Pinkerton as an authority on privacy and the government's role in regulating business in the New Economy. He is often featured in their "Experts on Call" column.  Mike also  focuses on  areas such as multidisciplinary practices, financial services and senior care. He is a frequent speaker to professional groups and has an array of publications in journals, trade magazines and the Internet.

Steven Lindsay specializes in insurance, privacy, financial services, business and e-commerce. Lindsay has over 9 years of experience in legislative advocacy. With a background in human behavior, business and sales, he understands the dynamics of legislative advocacy. He teaches frequently and presents to professional trade groups on governmental affairs and the mysteries of "politics".  Steven's academic training and legislative experience have made him one of California's recognized experts in the politics of health care.

Xanthi A. Pinkerton

 

 

 Xanthi Pinkerton is a marketing, business research and advertising specialist with 8 years of experience in general and ethnic markets.  She is a graduate of UC Irvine.  Her diverse background includes working on public and private sector projects such as state health insurance outreach, government "wellness" contracts and corporate ventures ranging from financial institutions, food and beverage and other retail industries.  Xanthi consults with the Institute on project development, media communication and business operating efficiencies.

Daria Rostovtseva, MA

 

Daria Rostovtseva received a Master's degree in 1991 from Novosibirsk State University, Russia.  She has published several scholarly articles in Russian academic journals and now focuses on the educational component of the Institute by coordinating projects, such as  seminars, conferences and legislative information sessions.

Debra Acoba has  over 16 years of legislative experience.  She is responsible for tracking and monitoring legislative bills and preparing legislative reports to keep clients informed of developments in clients' legislative projects.

Nancey Carrillo  worked 11 years at a major California financial services trade association before she assumed her current position with igapp.com.   Nancey and Debra work together closely in providing the Institute's clients with timely information about their legislative projects.

Danea Kehoe, JD

 

 

Attorney Danea Kehoe heads the Washington DC office of Capitol Counsel, a leading law and lobbying firm that igapp.com is strategically aligned with to provide clients with federal governmental affairs and legal services.  Being two blocks from Congress, Kehoe has impressive access to key Congressional and Administration personnel, and is known for successfully managing and influencing the impact of federal proposals on everyday business activities.  She regularly publishes informative newsletters and memos and specializes in pensions, small business, employer-provided benefits and insurance tax law.
